The RGP6 project was initiated to ensure accelerated growth of BHP’s iron ore business in the Mt Newman area of the Pilbara.
Landscape planning and design was part of a wide range of consultancy services provided by GHD and required for the development of a new permanent accommodation village for workers.
David’s work on this project included the development of concepts and documentation for soft and hard landscaping with the objective of creating attractive, low maintenance, water sensitive outdoor spaces to provide high levels of amenity for village residents .
