This project entailed development of an overall masterplan for a large subdivsion in the southern suburbs of Perth.
A staged program of work commenced in the southern portion of the site with establishment of a sales office and a gateway park.
Responsibilities included development of an overall themed masterplan for streetscapes and Public Open Space.

The central park (above) was designed to respond to a hilly site and proposed retention of mature Marri trees around the perimeter.
This southernost park was constructed at the commencement of land sales. The concept and completed work is shown below
