Overall scope of development

The City of Gosnells coordinated the conversion of a storm water drainage reserve into public parkland incorporating new access ways, rest areas and landscaping.
The configuration of the existing cleared reserve enabled the creation of a new linear park with links to existing open space, streetscapes and playgrounds.
The scope of consultancy work included design development of the client’s initial concept, preparation of working drawings and tender documentation.
Works were tendered and a contract awarded to construct soft and hard landscaping, irrigation, lighting and public art installations.
