The Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA) commissioned preparation of a landscape masterplan for a new school campus along with detailed designs for the first stage of construction.
Working closely with the project architect (Broderick Architects), detailed drawings and a tender package were prepared for Pre Primary and Year 1 outdoor facilities.
Nature play spaces and general landscape treatments were developed to complement the first stage buildings.
Tendered drawings included a Koi carp pond as directed by the client however site conditions proved installation impractical due to extensive limestone caprock. A water play area was designed and constructed instead.
